The hotel had excellent facilities, including a deposito sci for ski equipment and indoor/outdoor playgrounds for families. The location was convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the piste and a nearby bus stop. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel! the location was great, with the town center just a short walk away and a convenient bus stop nearby. the renovated room was spacious, and the daily cleaning service kept it spotless. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options. Our children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as the organized activities like hiking and baby dance.
The automatic light switches in the hotel were on a short timer, which occasionally left us in the dark unexpectedly.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk to the city centre and with a free bus just around the corner. the breakfast was abundant and delicious, with many options to choose from. the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was friendly.
The lighting in the room was very poor and the automatic light switches turned off too quickly, leaving us in the dark too often. the noise from other guests was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.
